Confidentiality Agreement

As an Islamic Center of Naperville board member, employee, or volunteer. I often obtain Personal Information about the donors, colleagues, staff, and their respective families. I recognize that it is of the utmost importance that this information be kept in the strictest confidence.

In view of this, I hereby agree to the following:

1. I will use Personal Information in a responsible manner and only for the purpose of discharging my duties to ICN

2. I will only share information with other ICN board members, employees, and volunteers on a need-to-know basis.

3. I will not disclose Personal Information, that has no impact on the affairs of ICN, to persons other than ICN’s board members, employees, and volunteers except with an individual’s consent.

4. I will return or destroy all Personal Information in my possession when my relationship with ICN comes to an end.

These obligations shall continue after my relationship with ICN comes to an end.
