ICN Adults Workout Classes 2024
ICN Sports Committee is excited to announce workout classes for adults (MEN ONLY) in Sparring, Striking and Grappling to help improve self-defense.
The classes will be led by Br.Yusuf Sikander @ ICN 75th street basement.
Br.Yusuf Sikander is a black belt in martial arts and has been wrestling for several years.
